These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of jnlfab.com (the "Site"), operated by JNL Fabrication ("JNL," "we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site provides general information about JNL's fabrication services, capabilities, and past projects. You may use it for lawful business and personal purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in a way that violates any law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or connected systems
• Interfere with the Site's operation, including through malware, scraping, or excessive automated requests
• Submit false, misleading, or spam content through our forms

All content on the Site, including text, photos, project images, logos, and design, is owned by JNL or used with permission and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your own reference. You may not copy, republish, or use our content or trademarks for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Equipment manufacturer names and logos shown on the Site belong to their respective owners and are used to identify products we stock and support. Their appearance does not imply endorsement.

Content on the Site is for general information. It is not engineering, design, or safetyadvice for any specific application. Natural gas regulation and measurement systems must be specified, installed, and operated by qualified professionals in accordance with applicable codes and regulations.

Submitting a project request through the Site does not create a contract or obligate either party. Any quote, proposal, or project work is governed by a separate written agreement between you and JNL, which controls over these Terms if they conflict.

When you send us information through the Site, you confirm it is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Do not submit confidential drawings or specifications through the Site unless we have agreed in writing to protect them. How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

The Site may link to manufacturer or third-party websites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of anykind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We try to keep information current but do not guarantee the Site will be error-free or always available.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JNL will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. This section does not limit any obligations JNL has under a separate written project agreement.

You agree to indemnify and hold JNL harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Franklin County, Ohio.

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on the Site and updating the effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
